TAKAHASHI KENSUKE, NOW BACK IN INDONESIA, REFLECTS ON THE JAPAN TOUR.

Hat tip to Indonesia NT head coach Dwi Anggoro!

– vs. Fugador Sumida B: 5-6 loss

There had been a league match that day and Sumida B played with 4 players and 1 goalkeeper who were not taken to the league (?). And this was the first game of the of our tour. The adaptation period the players (had was short?).

– vs. YSCC Yokohama: 5-1 win

A team that is not inferior to the F1 teams. YSCC are the team on top of the F2 table and play that way.

We gave away an early goal, but after that we were able to manage the flow of the game more consistently. We were able to play as a team and could take advantage of our strengths.

– vs. Bardral Urayasu: 1-4 loss

A team that I had a long, personal relationship as both a player and a coach.

We rested the entire day and started the game at 9 p.m. This 4-1 defeat shows that we are still not capable of doing some of the things we have been working on in training.

– vs. Fugador Sumida: 5-5 draw

We had only 10 hours to rest from the Urayasu game the day before. The objective was to simulate 3 consecutive AFF matches. We began the game by adjusting to the opponent and conditions. The opponent is a team in which every player has high ability and able to compete for a place in the F.League playoffs.

The experiences in Japan made it possible for us to truly identify the things that we must improve. We can get something from every game we play.

It was a full schedule, but the players got extraordinary experiences both on and off the pitch.
